At One Place, events aren’t just fundraisers — they’re experiences. The ones where friends gather, stories are shared, and the community comes together to support children and families across Onslow County. Each year, our signature events prove that doing good can also be a really good time.
An evening where every pour has a purpose. Rare bourbons and curated wines, live jazz, a master Torcedor hand-rolling cigars, chef-crafted culinary stations, and a live auction — all benefiting the One Place Child Advocacy Center.

For 18+ years, Diamonds & Denim has brought Onslow County together for an unforgettable celebration of community, generosity, and the children whose futures depend on what we build together. This year, for the first time, in our new home: the SECU Hope Center.
Beyond our signature fundraising events, One Place is active in the Onslow County community all year long — from awareness campaigns and training days to family-facing activities and coalition gatherings. All are welcome.
Join us to open Child Abuse Prevention Month — pinwheel gardens, community resources, and a pledge to protect Onslow County’s children.
Drop off gently used children’s books at community locations across Onslow County. Every book finds a new home with a child who needs it.
Free car seat safety checks for Onslow County families. Certified technicians on-site. No appointment needed.
A new Story Walk route comes to life! Family-friendly reading trail through a local park. Self-guided, all ages welcome.
A full-day training for early childhood educators — trauma-informed practices, classroom strategies, and professional networking. CEUs available.
