The class meets NC state requirements for SIDS training of childcare providers. After completing this course\, participants will understand the meaning of “sudden infant death syndrome\,” identify the elements of the NC ITS-SIDS law\, and understand how to create a safe sleep environment for infants to decrease risks in childcare programs.
